Excellent Real Estate Video Marketing Example

I just wanted to share with you an excellent video submitted yesterday from Vyral Client Greg Sission.



Here's why this is excellent:

The video is short and under 3 minutes.
He’s sitting at his desk – non-complicated.
He is well lit (nice outdoor window in front of him).
He’s close in the frame (not too far away).
He answers a question (best format for your videos is Q&A)
He tells me what to expect at the beginning (why are you sending this to me?)
He tells me the story behind the question (timely, personal)
He speaks naturally and not from a script.
