How Vyral Client Judi SAYHAY Gets Past Clients Calling Her Regularly

Vyral Client and Pittsburgh real estate agent Judi SAYHAY knew she needed a way to stay in touch with past clients while also reaching out to new ones. By sending out 2 educational videos a month, she was able to see who was watching them and then reach out to those people for referrals. She relates specific instances where her videos directly correlated to her getting new clients through referrals.

John: Tell me about the results you’ve gotten with Vyral Marketing

Judi: When I joined I was a little hesitant, but I knew I needed something to advance me with my past clients and to keep me in front of the faces of new customers or customers I was trying to convert. So far, it’s been very successful because a lot of my past clients are seeing me more and more so when they are thinking of real estate, they think of me. So far it’s been very successful and I’m glad I did it.

John: Do you have any specific stories of how Vyral has given you results?

Judi: I will say that we had a client that I stayed in touch with for a while and hadn’t touched base with her for about 20 years and I started putting her on my list. One of her friends was trying to sell a duplex, it had expired and she wasn’t able to sell it. She said, “Hey, I saw Judi on a video the other day, why don’t you give her a call?” We listed the property and sold it. What’s nice about it is when we send out the videos, we contact all the people who opened it up and I am seeing more and more people are opening it up. It’s been working out real well.

John: So you are calling the people who are opening up the e-mails and those people are giving you referrals?

Judi: Yes. It’s given us a reason to call them. Before we had Vyral Marketing, every time we called they said no we’re not ready. But we’re now giving them something, so in return they feel obligated to give us something.

John: So you mentioned you had some concerns before starting the program. What were those and how have we kind of, you know, alleviated those going through?

Judi: Well, when you don’t budget 500 some dollars a month in your budget, you’re always concerned, you know, when I talked to Frank he kept on saying, “This is what we do for you," and I had heard that story before and you put up the money and get nothing as the result, so no successes. So I thought, well I need to advance myself and the video I think was the way to go because everyone was doing it. So that was my hesitation. Once we started doing it, it was a little scary because if you haven’t done videos, it’s kind of scary. But once I started doing it, I started getting more comfortable, so now I use Vyral Marketing as my marketing team. I look at them as my follow-up. I’m learning to do the advertising on Facebook, and what’s kind of cool about that is you have to have people “like” you, so I’m attracting leads that way versus people just sending me bogus things. 

John: Great.

Judi: The hesitation is gone, it’s gone away.

John: Fantastic. What do you enjoy most about working with us?

Judi: Learning. I look at you folks as a branch of my learning. I do a lot of coaching, so I look at you folks as my coaching because you have a lot of top agents that are also on this. I’m part of some of the masterminds, which I like. So I just look at you as my coaching as well so if I have a question I call Allison and boom, she gets the answer from one of you folks who are working for someone who is maybe more than I am or more successful, or anything like that. It’s great.
