The Joe Hayden Real Estate Team did roughly 180 deals last year, which generated approximately $37 Million. They have a great team of 12 Agents and 2 administrative staff - Joe more or less runs the day-to-day Operations. Joe has leveraged his time greatly and runs this real estate company as a business. As the CEO, he has worked very hard over the years to put all the proper systems in place and get all the right staff to the point where his business could run like a well-oiled machine. He is constantly trying to grow the business organically and in the right capacity.

The Joe Hayden Real Estate Team has about 30,000 contacts and a Past Client/SOI of 1,000-1,500 contacts. With all these contacts he knew that he was not doing enough to stay in front of them and stay top of mind and identify the people who are engaged and need help with buying or selling.

What are you doing to market to your database now?
