Grace: I've gotten direct mail from you guys, seen you on Google Hangouts, and spoken with your office before. Lars, my coach, encouraged me to reach out.
Scott: Summarize what your business is like right now?
Grace: The goal in the next 100 days, is to close 25 deals. It's me, you guys, and Lars. So, he's looking into my business and we're building from bottom up again, making sure we get the right hires. Our office is in Beverly Hills so we focus on Luxury homes.
Scott: How big is your database?
Grace: Its scattered all over the place, but it's easily over 1,000 people. Many of them are people I haven't contacted in a while, so it would be great to reconnect. I also have tons of information on my LinkedIn profile.
Scott: How many of those 1,000 contacts are people you would be comfortable reaching out to and asking for a referral?
Grace: Probably 10%, about 100 people.
Scott: What have you been doing to market to your database, to stay in touch with them?
Grace: Not much, it's not systematic. Lars wanted me to put in a system, so I will call them, no direct mail yet, and send an email drip campaign but it's not consistent. I want something that is consistent and produces results.
Scott: Why not market to your database yourself? Why use our services?
Grace: I just don't have time. I want something easy - you guys are like my marketing department.
Scott: What results are you hoping to get out of working with Vyral?
Grace: I know that if I consistently market to my database I can get at least a 10% return. I hope to get to 100 deals next year.
