We're Excited to Launch New Client Joe Hayden this Week!

One of Louisville’s top agents and team leaders, Joe came to Vyral Marketing looking to keep in touch with past clients better, expand the listing side of his business and educate new buyer leads on the home buying process.

Joe has a passion for teaching and educating clients about the Louisville real estate market, which shows in the wealth of content he’s created for his popular website JoeHaydenRealtor.com.  This website is a destination site for local buyers and sellers, and Joe regularly updates the website himself with helpful content about real estate and the Louisville community in general. Instead of building Joe a separate video blog, we’ll be posting Joe’s video content straight to the blog page of his website to keep his site high in the search rankings and centralize all his content.

Joe comes from a musical and technical background, with over 200 major label albums to his credit as a recording engineer, and enjoys maintaining and tweaking all his team’s social media sites, so we had a very easy Launch Process. We worked closely with Joe to produce high-quality educational videos for his database, and went through his social media sites to show how to upgrade and optimize them for local

search. Joe will be implementing those ideas over the next few months. We also created new social media and email graphics for Joe, incorporating listing photos Joe took himself. This gives Joe options so that his branding is consistent across all his online platforms.

We’re looking forward to helping Joe build and stay in touch with his database over the long-term, so that he has a stable, predictable-growth business that is less dependent on new leads.
