Scott: How did you hear about us?

John: I heard about you through Lars Hedenborg. I had Vyral Marketing previously and kind of fell away from it. He encouraged me to take a new look at what you were doing, so I did.

Scott: Summarize where you’re at in your business right now.

John: We have our own company, which is Roost Real Estate. I have 6 buyers agents that work for me and we are on pace to do 200 transactions this year

Scott: Tell me what your goals are, not just in deals, but for your team and your growth through next year.

John: The goal for me and my team would be that I remove myself from the production side of things and help the agents. I want them to hit really high levels of income and production they normally wouldn't be hitting on their own.

Scott: So tell me a little about your database. How many people do you have in it? And how many are true METS or past clients?

John:  My database is one of the things that I am looking to gain through working with Vyral Marketing. I have about 12,000 people right now.

Scott: What are you doing to market to your current database? Is it working?

John: Right now we are not doing any marketing to our current database

Scott: What’s the main motivation for hiring us? Why not do this internally?

John: The idea of doing it internally is great, but the actually doing it never seems to happen. By hiring you guys, I’m getting a partner. I realize that it’s important and the level of accountability you guys are offering us is very important.

Scott: What results do you want to see?

John: Being part of the program, what I expect is that I will be consistently reaching out to my database, touching them in meaningful ways, and offering value through the videos and the content that we share with them. Through that I’ll be building relationships with them that go beyond the sale, and that will result in more referrals.
