Tim: I heard about Vyral marketing through the Google Hangouts I've been seeing and from my coach, Brett Jennings.
Scott: What motivated you to reach out to us?
Tim: I saw the emails Brett Jennings was sending out to his clients and they caught my eye. I though that they were very memorable.
Scott: Summarize where you're at with your business right now.
Tim: We are projected to have 30 transactions this year. We are looking for a more effective way to communicate with our past clients and our SOI.
Scott: Tell me about your business goals. Where do you hope to be a year from now?
Tim: Our goal this year is to do 30 transactions. I would like to be able to double that by next year. Right now we have one buyer's agent on our team. I would like to have two more buyer's agents on our team a month or two from now. I would like at least 50% to 60% of our business to come from referrals.
Scott: How big is your database and how many of those contacts have you met, or are past clients?
Tim: Our database has about 150 past clients. We probably have about 200 contacts that we have met. We have about 1,000 internet generated buyer leads. There is probably another 1,000 people we have talked to over the last ten years.
Scott: What are you doing right now to reach your database?
Tim: We're sending them a monthly email update from Keller Williams. We give them an update on the national market. Sometimes we let them know what the market is like in their particular zip code. We're also sending a monthly newsletter to about 500 people.
Scott: Why did you hire us?
Tim: I'm looking to position myself as an expert to the folks in my database. I want to separate myself from other real estate agents out there. I want to stay top-of-mind. I want people to think of me when they need a real estate agent.
Scott: Why not do this kind of marketing yourself?
Tim: I don't know anything about this kind of marketing. It would probably take me 6 months to learn how to do it and another year to implement it.
Scott: What results would you like to see with the program?
Tim: I would like to get responses from people who receive the emails. I would like to hear compliments on the videos. I would like to have people acknowledge their value and show interest in what we have to offer.
