Michaelann: I met Frank at a KW event.
Scott: What motivated you to reach out to us now?
Michaelann: Our team is not doing any type of video marketing.
Scott: So you're just ready to get that going?
Michaelann: Exactly.
Scott: Summarize where you're at with your business. What's its size? And how are you looking to build on it?
Michaelann: Sure. They've been stuck. I'm here taking over the team, leading the team, being responsible for the listing side of the business and the coaching of the team. We have been stuck at $60 million in volume for quite a while. My role is to get them back to $100 million in volume quickly.
Scott: How big is the database that we're going to be working with? How many people are actually METs?
Michaelann: There are over 2600 past clients, yet we're probably only going to be hitting up to 1000.
Scott:What are they doing right now with the database? What marketing are they doing?
Michaelann: We're doing Happy Grasshopper, a busy blast every Friday, and snail mail.
Scott: Excellent. What's working well, or what's not working well, that you need improvement on?
Michaelann: I think our open rate and our forwarding rate when we're sending these blasts. Really, we just have to get back to contacting these people because these people haven't been contacted for a really long time.
Scott: Why not do this in-house?
Michaelann: That is a great question. Just because we're lazy?
Scott: Why do it yourself when you can delegate it to somebody else, right?
Michaelann: Exactly. Use that.
Scott: What results do you want to see from working with us?
Michaelann: We're expecting more referrals from all these great past clients.
Scott: That's a great expectation to have. The only other question I have is who can we thank for your business? And you said: yourself. So we will do that. We will thank you. Thank you very much.
