Welcome New Client Kat Brooks

Vyral Client Kat Brooks
Scott: Summarize where you're at with your business right now.

Kat: I have a good business. I'm close to $16 million right now for the year - my goal is to end up close to $30 million. We have some big listings coming on. We're revamping all of our marketing too.

Scott: What are your goals for this year? What are you trying to do with your business?

Kat: I'm trying to make it more streamlined so it runs properly. I want it to be autopilot instead of trying to recreate something every day. The social media you guys do should really help because we haven't really been able to do that. Me and my three assistants are always busy trying to get deals closed, so this should take a big load of pressure off of us.

Scott: How many people do you have in your database?

Kat: I have about 1,879.

Scott: How many of those people have you met?

Kat: We know about 65% of our database.

Scott: What are you doing right now to market to them?

Kat: We're doing a monthly mail-out and a generic e-blast once a month. Birthday and anniversary cards are also a part of our marketing. Additionally, we put on events for clients, like housewarming parties and baby showers.

Scott: Which of those marketing tools is working well?

Kat: The mail-outs were pretty good, but they weren't specific. They kept my name in front of people. I think they were too generic though - they weren't promoting me as an expert. The events worked pretty well; I get a lot of referrals from those.

Scott: Why did you hire Vyral Marketing?

Kat: I liked the whole program when I first saw it. I felt like it would be money well spent. I feel like it will be more effective than the mail-outs.

Scott: Why not do the Vyral Marketing program in-house?

Kat: There's not enough time or staff right now to do it in-house. As much business as we're doing, I don't want to have to hire more people and have a larger team. I want to run a higher end business and do fewer deals.

Scott: What results do you expect on the program?

Kat: I would like to do 2 or 3 times my current business. I want to get people to call me and be able to run into people who are willing to refer me.
