Joe: I heard about you guys from Real Geeks on one of their webinars.
John: What Motivated you to call us?
Joe: I really liked what you are doing. It rubbed off on me, and made me take action.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business right now.
Joe: I'm a newer agent. I'm just trying to build up a client list, keep up with past clients, and build myself as an expert in the marketplace.
John: What are your business goals for the next year?
Joe: In the next year, I'm hoping to do about 36 transactions and bring that up to 100 transactions within 3 years.
John: How many people are in your database?
Joe: I've got a smaller database. I've got about 300 people in there right now.
John: Were you doing anything to market to your database before you hired us?
Joe: Phone calls and the odd email here and there, but not on a regular basis.
John: Do you know what worked well? What didn't work well?
Joe: Not really. I know when I stopped reaching out to people to work on deals, my business would drop. I knew that I had to consistently do that to maintain a good level of business.
John: What results are you expecting with Vyral?
Joe: Really, to be seen as an expert in my marketplace and be that go-to person. I haven't really thought about it in a monetary sense, other than just to keep in touch with past clients and build that level of expertise.
John: Is there anybody we should thank for your business?
Joe: Jessica Sanders, over at 1000 calls a day, she was a big influence on me signing up for Vyral as well. Definitely thank her for it.
