Jeff: Through my coach, John Hoffman.
John: What motivated you to give us a call?
Jeff: I realized that video should be a natural way to communicate for me because of my background. I considered doing it on my own, but I realized that partnering with Vyral would give me a whole lot of bang for my buck. I've gotten a lot of good testimonials from people that I know that work with you.
John: Where are you at with your business?
Jeff: I recently transitioned from a big team to doing a lot of things on my own. I've been searching for the best way to communicate with my database, and that's what I'm looking for in Vyral Marketing.
John: What are your business goals for the next year and beyond?
Jeff: Between Facebook and email, I've got over 8000 contacts. I realized that there is a whole lot of opportunity there to catch people I don't know. It's a good opportunity to do something different and have fun with it. I think this will be a good partnership.
John: How many of those 8000 would you say you know?
Jeff: I'd say 2 or 3 thousand know me pretty well and I know them.
John: Are you currently doing anything to market to your database right now?
Jeff: I've been sending postcards once a month, but not doing a really good job at all of making phone calls or communicating with them.
John: Why not do this yourself?
Jeff: Well, I could cut my own hair too, but I don't. I think as far as the editing, making graphics, and the blog goes, it really adds the extra value. By doing it myself, I don't know who's opening my emails. With you guys, I get an open and click report and that's a pretty good deal for me.
