John: How did you originally hear about us?

Joey: I met Frank at a conference and I kept seeing him at different conferences. It was probably 7 or 8 years ago.


John: What motivated you to call us and give the program a try? 


Joey: I had seen several of Vyral's video blogs from friends of mine. They were really attractive blogs, very clean. They seemed to have very good and well-written content. It just seemed like something that would convert very well.


John: Where are you at in your business now and what are your goals going forward?


Joey: Our goal moving forward is to increase our referrals and repeat business, which is primarily what we intend to use for every day conversion. We want to put an emphasis on past clients and solicit referrals with the video blog, as well as use it for some form of recruiting.


John: How many people are in your database right now? How many do you know?


Joey: I have several thousand people in my database, but a large percentage of them are corporate listing clients. As far as people we know, probably 100 people. 


John: Were you doing anything to market to those people before hiring Vyral?


Joey: No, nothing. 


John: Why didn't you try to do this yourself? Why hire us?


Joey: I thought about trying to do videos myself, but I knew there was some accountability with you guys and that's something I need. It's always nice to have a coach and be coached for something you want to do. We have a tendency in the business to get tied up doing so many different things that we end up not doing much of anything; the accountability you guys offer is a big draw. My primary focus right now is to focus on a handful of things and do them well, instead of a bunch of stuff and do a mediocre job with them.


John: What does success on the program look like for you?


Joey: We would like to see 40%-45% of our business come from past clients and referrals.
