John: How did you hear about us?

Keith: We heard about you after networking with Radio and Television Experts. 

John: What motivated you to give us a call?

Keith: We want to make sure we stay in touch with our past clients. We've changed our structure from a small office to a team and we want our database to be aware of that.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business right now.

Misty: We're in crazy growth mode. 

John: What are your goals as you transition to the team structure?

Keith: The goals kind of change every year. Our first goal was to be the top selling team in the Des Moines area. We wanted to increase our gross commissions to be in the top tier of the RE/MAX agents. We've accomplished those, so our next goal is to be one of the top 100 teams in the country for RE/MAX.

John: How many people in your database do you truly know?

Misty: We probably know about 500 people in our database. The rest are online leads and other anonymous people. 

John: How were you marketing to your database before hiring us?

Misty: We were doing some monthly canned emails and sending out calendars. We also sporadically did different things. Nothing too consistent. 

John: Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?

Misty: We've heard such great things about your company. Lisa Treu goes on and on about how Vyral is not just a company to help you with your online blog and video, but they're truly consultants. 

John: What results are you guys expecting?

Keith: We want to get back whatever we spend on Vyral at least 2 or 3 fold.
