| Vyral Client Jason Bramblett |
Jason: I met Frank in 2009 at a conference in Charleston, South Carolina.
John: After 5 years, what motivated you to hire us?
Jason: The success that I am hearing from my friends in the business that are using you guys. The fact that you are able to provide those touches to our past client base, having an automated system, is awesome.
John: Where are you at with your business today? What are your goals for the future?
Jason: Our goal for 2015 is to sell one house a day. Our goal for 2017 is to get to somewhere around 750 transactions a year. Right now we are in 37 cities or town, but there are other markets within our reach we can certainly have a presence in.
John: How many people are in your database?
Jason: My guess is we will probably have less than 5,000 people. I want our database to be full of people that we have relationships with, not people coming in from another email capture site.
John: So these 5,000 people really know you, and have done business with you?
Jason: Yes, they should definitely know who we are and hopefully have a positive experience of that.
John: Are you doing anything to market to your database now?
Jason: We monitor anniversaries, birthdays, and those type of things through top producer and Facebook.
John: Is that working pretty well?
Jason: Yeah, it does. It adds up, when 3-5 years down the road we are still sending them anniversary cards.
John: Sounds like you have a pretty big team with a lot of resources. Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Jason: Why re-create the wheel? The one thing I don't understand about real estate brokers is they always want to come out with something new. From what I hear, what you have works and its not worth my time or effort to recreate it. There's just not enough time to do all of it. If this saves me time, it saves me money.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success look like to you?
Jason: I would like two results from this. One, those two additional touches to our database that we aren't doing now and also connect radio and TV with them every month. Two, If we are doing all of this radio, TV, email, and bringing it together, they are going to see us everywhere, and that's what we want.
