John: How did you hear about us?

Peter: About three years ago in Dallas.
John: What motivated you to reach out to us or take the call from us?
Peter: I lost one of my assistants and realized my database was crap.
John: Where are you at in your business and what are your goals for this next year?
Peter: My goal is to build a huge referral business. My wife and I have already done a good job with referrals, but I would like to get the other agents to that capacity as well. I think using our database to its fullest will let us know who is active in it and be able to touch them. It seems like a much more affective way of reaching people than a cold call.
John: You mentioned you have about 15,000 in your database?
Peter: Yes. We'll do what we can to clean it up. Probably a quarter or so of those aren't even active.
John: Of the 15,000, how many of those contacts do you truly know?
Peter: I would say probably at least 5,000.
John: Are you guys doing anything to market to that database now?
Peter: We've used Top Producer and their drip campaigns. We also sent out newsletters as well. We have campaigns that touch them, but not enough. Nothing we're using is working particularly well.
John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?
Peter: Believe me, I thought about it. I think I would rather have someone else do something like this for us. Once I invest in something, I have a tendency to really make sure it works - if it doesn't I get rid of it. In this case, I have faith in you guys, it's a great idea.
John: What does success on the Vyral program look like to you?
Peter: Obviously I would like to quadruple my investment! A success would allow us to keep better contact with our clients, which is huge. The videos are a more personal things, they'll be able to see me. Every two weeks they'll have the opportunity to open an email and take a look at us.
