Welcome New Client Sarah Forti

John: How did you hear about us?
Vyral Client Sarah Forti

Sarah: My broker, Dave, introduced me to you when we were talking about what I was going to do to take my business to the next level. He told me to reach out to Frank and I did. I felt like I had hit a plateau and that I wasn't going to move any further in my business unless I got outside help. I know that some of our other top producers in our other offices started working with you. Between Dave referring me to Vyral and knowing these other guys were doing it, I felt really comfortable giving it a shot.

John: Summarize where you're at in your business - what are your goals?

Sarah: Right now I'm approaching $14 million, which I did last year - somewhere in the ballpark of 30 transactions. Next year, my goal is to take that to 50 transactions and $20 million in sales.

John: How many people do you currently have in your database?

Sarah: I don't really know, but I would say around one thousand.

John: How many of those people truly know you?

Sarah: Maybe 700.

John: Do you do anything to market to that database?

Sarah: I do nothing to market to them other than Facebook. It's kind of remarkable how far I've been able to come without doing any type of marketing except for Facebook. That's why I wanted to do the Vyral program: it's social, it's engaging, and it's nonthreatening to the client. I feel like it's a good fit.

John: Did you ever think about trying to do this yourself?

Sarah: I did think about doing this myself, but only very briefly. I thought of doing a video blog, or some sort of blog. I've been approached by a lot of marketing companies telling me they could run my social media for me, but I felt like that wasn't enough. I needed a professional presence and platform to make this work, and to become a true market leader who is in the spotlight. If you put out a video blog, you don't want it to look like it was shot in your basement - you want it to look professional because that's the image you're going for. So, even though I briefly considered doing it myself, it really wasn't something I wanted to put out there in the world to represent me.

John: What does success on the Vyral plan look like to you?

Sarah: I anticipate the program to help me put in the time and effort to make the investment worthwhile, but at the same time I anticipate getting great feedback from my friends and family, and making it easier for them to remember me and refer me to their friends and families. I see this program as a map, or a blueprint, to taking my business to the next level!
