Leah: How did you hear about us?

Reza: From a local real estate agent here that uses your services.

Leah: What motivated you to call us?

Reza: I needed a program to utilize my database because I wasn't doing anything for it.

Leah: Summarize where you are at with your business currently. What are some of your business goals?

Reza: Each year I have been increasing revenue and I want to maintain that. My goals are trying to beat the previous year and keep the trend going. 

Leah: How many people are in your database currently? How many of those do you truly know?

Reza: Currently I have about 250, and I truly know about 175.

Leah: Are you doing any marketing right now to your database?

Reza: No

Leah: Why did you hire us? Why not do this yourself?

Reza: I just don't have the time to do it myself. I thought it would be more efficient to hire someone.

Leah: Are there any specific results you expect from the program?

Reza: Hopefully some referrals, new business from past clients. If I could get 2 more deals a year from my database, I'd be happy.
