Welcome New Client Connie Clark
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Connie: My website goes through Real Geeks, and I had seen you on the hangouts there. You did one in December with Buddy Blake that really got me thinking about your service. I've been thinking about doing something like this for probably three years.
John: So, that Hangout with Buddy Blake was what motivated you to call us?
Connie: Yeah, I was listening to Frank, and I'd seen quite a few things and then went to your site, and I also knew of Connie Carlson who was using your services. I saw her 'Coffee with Connie' and thought that was really good, so that caught my eye and I saw what she was doing. Video is important these days, so I knew I needed to try this. But yes, that call with Buddy Blake was what started it all.
John: Can you summarize where you're at with your business? And what are your business goals for 2015?
Connie: I am not a huge brokerage, and my overhead is low but I'd still like to have steady business. I'm not great at staying in touch with people, although I always have them in mind. I'm just not great at maintaining contact, and this seems like a great way to keep in touch with my clients. Building trust is important in this business, and by shooting a video you can get that face to face interaction that's necessary.
John: How many people are in your database?
Connie: My database is very small because I've worked with teams before, and they don't allow you to take your databases with you. I'm also in a higher-end market, so I probably don't need as many people in my database.
John: Why did you hire Vyral Marketing instead of trying to do this on your own?
Connie: I'm very aware of the work that it takes to shoot videos, and I tried to do this three years ago but just got too busy. I also didn't know what niche I wanted to target, so in 2015 that's what I'm going to do: Target the higher-end audience. But I just don't have the time or patience to upload, edit, and send these videos out.
John: What does success look like with Vyral Marketing, or what results do you hope to see?
Connie: I hope that I can get a steady stream of referrals, because I don't need a large amount of sales at my brokerage, that's just not the type of business I do. I'm also looking for some feedback on these videos, even that would be helpful to me.
