Welcome New Client Tad Wicker



John: Tad, how did you hear about us? 

Tad: We heard about Vyral Marketing at the Inner Circle event with Tom Ferry in January. Kyle Whissel was onstage and he mentioned Vyral Marketing. I started doing some research online, and I saw that Kyle was giving a Google Hangouts presentation, so that was what got the ball rolling.

John: Was it just that conference that motivated you to call us? 

Tad: Actually, it was listening to Kyle go into more detail on that Google Hangout event that made me decide that we needed to investigate, and then I called you.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business, and what are your goals moving forward? 

Tad: Our business has been growing rapidly. We did 85 transactions last year, and our goal for this year is 200 transactions. We're looking to double our production from our database. We also want to find a better way of educating long term leads in order to show them the value we can bring. I think both of those fold in nicely with Vyral Marketing.

John: How many people are in your database? 

Tad: Right now, we have about 500 families that are past clients and in our sphere of influence. Then we have about a hundred leads, and we're going to be adding leads at the rate of about 250 a month.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database now? 

Tad: We've got an after-sales service program, but we're a little short-handed right now. We were looking to hire somebody to help us implement that. Now that we've brought you guys on board, I'm going to be evaluating that.

John: Do you ever think of doing email marketing or video blogging on your own? 

Tad: In the last few months, we put our toe in the water with video marketing. We've done about a half dozen videos, and we've got such great traction with them that we want to make that a huge part of how we present ourselves in the marketplace and online. There's things that we've done just for our clients, and because its video we're able to publish it all over our social media, and the impact is huge. That's one of the reasons we're very excited about Vyral Marketing, because you guys can push us to get good content out on video twice a month, as opposed to us doing it on an event basis. We've got a really good videographer, and we may be doing some things with him, but having you guys helping on a regular basis is perfect.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Tad: It would be a phenomenal success if what we're doing with you lets us hit our plan of 200 transactions this year. There's a lot that we've already done to grow our business, and I think this is just going to add to that. I think it's going to position us to be able to hit our numbers this year.
