Fantastic video, Bart. You really let your character show through in this video. Your analogies and examples are vivid and clever, it really rewards the viewer for watching. A few areas of improvement would be to throw in a quick call to action right after you state the point of the video. Also, having a steady base for your camera would go a long way.
