Welcome New Client Michael Chen
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Michael: Somebody sent me an email. You guys sent me an email, or I searched around on the web and saw the video somehow from there. I think most likely I got it directly from a YouTube Video.
John: What motivated you to give us a call?
Michael: We need some kind of branding. I believe in the video versus just a print email. We're going to have a large database coming in every month, and we need something more upper hand, professional. We don't want to mail people like the garbage, we want to mail people information giving, educational videos, so people don't quit our email. We want professional services nurturing our leads, creating a referral system. That's what my key hope is, that you guys can do that. I'm not that updated on social media, and you guys specialize in social media. I believe in social media, but I'm not set up properly, so I need help on that.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business right now. What are your goals moving forward?
Michael: Number one is to have Vyral Marketing as my central website. Our major concentration, 95% of the time, our capital, our marketing, is going to go on that seller lead. We are working hard on the offline seller lead, which is always by listings, we get their email, we get their phone number, and we go from there. We need a system to neutralize those leads. We really want to send a message out for those people, and wish to tell them about our service and our value to influence their advancement. We not only do the listings of the house and help them buy the house, but we also finance as well. I'm also CCIM. We can help them do the cash flow analysis, all of those kinds of things. So we are one stop, full service. So that's the major thing we're going to send out. On the seller side, we are talking with ListToday.com, like Brett Jennings, but using it a little bit differently. Instead of chasing the buyer and seller with our phone people, we turn it around hopefully so that we can reach those people and they can chase us instead.
John: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now?
Michael: At this very moment, we've tried a couple of things before. Not on schedule, not through email that much. We've sent out just like properties to the buyers, but on the sellers side, we're not there yet. We're going to do a lot of videos so that we can get there with the sellers. We are going to have a large database, 1000 to 2000 added on every month. That's how much we're going to focus on.
John: Do you ever think about trying to do videos or email marketing on your own?
Michael: We did think about that. We thought about going to BombBomb, but you know what, I'm a pretty technical guy, but I'm not technical in that fashion. We need more professional help. I would prefer that you guys at least bring me up there.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Michael: From the day we send out our first email, hopefully build it up so that at the end of the year, we get a 5% response. 5% to 10% would be good. Regardless if they are buyers or seller, but hopefully more sellers so that we get more listings. Listings and referrals, that's what we hope this system to come in and give us a big hand.
