The Seller Endorsed Mailing to Generate Seller Leads in a Neighborhood

I recently had a phone call with Vyral Client Kevin Yoder on how to get the seller to mail a letter of recommendation from them to all their neighbors after a successful transaction. Here's a recording of the call with Kevin, along with the example letters I suggested to him on the call for you to model.

Follow Up Letter After 1 Week

Hello! I’m (your name) and last week my client (client name) sent you a letter that we just sold his home at (addresses) in (neighborhood) for (price).

I just want to introduce myself and let you know if you have any questions about real estate, or you’re curious to know what price your (neighborhood) home would sell for, call me and we’ll visit.

I know just about everything there is to know about what buyers are looking for in homes specific to (neighborhood) and I can give you some solid tips when it comes to home improvements that will get your best return on investment, too.

And, as I said before, if you’d like to know what your home is worth, call me at (phone) and after a few quick questions, I can give you an excellent estimate.

You can also go online to ___________________________ to find out what it would sell for, but that’s just an estimate based on comparable home sales in the area, not a price specific to your home.
