A reminder this week to leverage our complimentary testimonial gathering service!
We want to stack your website full of client success stories – we want to get great content from you and your clients.
We have a full time person in our Omaha office to call your clients within 1 week after a sale and ask them about their experience on a recorded phone line.
This is included at no extra charge in your fee.
You can never have enough social proof of your great service.
We then edit your recording with music, summarize it, and put it on your website. We can also include it in your upcoming email broadcast upon request to your Success Coach.
Simply submit the name of the person we should call on our website immediately before or after the transaction (within 1 week).
Click “Submit Testimonial” on the upper right of our website.
Then, make sure you let your client know your “Concierge” will be calling from a “402” phone number to get their feedback.
We’ll attempt to reach them 4 times by phone in a week.
Your Success Coach will update you weekly on the progress of your submitted testimonials.
Listen to these examples:
- How we helped Betty sell her home by following up with potential buyers
- How we helped David with his real estate transaction by always going above and beyond
- How we helped Kara with her real estate transactions by creating a seamless process
- Post it on your client’s Facebook wall (if you’re ‘friends’)
- Put a quote from the summary in your sales presentation
- Print the summary and mail it to all your client’s neighbors
- Thank the client in your educational videos “And I want to thank our great client Sam who had this to say about our service….”
This may be a great way to incentivize your team as well to get success stories.
