Welcome New Client Haro Setian



John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Haro: I've got some peers in the industry that have used you guys. I've known about you for several years, and I did some research.

John: Was it just the client recommendations and your personal research that motivated you to give us a call? 

Haro: Yes, exactly right.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Haro: Our team has grown. I made my first full-time hire in 2012. We did 50 units in 2012, 124 in 2013, 185 last year, and we're already at 112 this year with a target of 300. The goal is to get 1,000 units by 2019. We've grown fast and furious, so we've got a little chaos around us that we're looking to clean up. We want to make more efficient and stronger systems as we continue to grow.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database? 

Haro: I would say about 10,000.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database currently? 

Haro: Not effectively.

John: Okay, what are you doing? 

Haro: I've got 5,000 Facebook friends, and they know I'm in real estate. They can't help it now. Other than that, we've got a list of 1,000 that we send mailers to and we have client parties every year. We do a good job of offering incentives to get referrals as well. There's a lot that we do, but there's a lot more that we could do.

John: How many of those people do you actually know? 

Haro: I would say a majority of them. With Facebook, I have to delete people, and the ones I delete are people that I don't recognize or know. So I'm continually curating that particular database.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Haro: There's too much other stuff going on, and you guys are specialists. It's the same thing we pitch to our clients: hire a specialist. Currently, we don't have a marketing specialist. Even if we did, they're not going to have as many skills or as much power as somebody that does this for 30 other teams around the country.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Haro: Ideally, we wouldn't have a lot of unsubscribes. Success looks like six months from now, we're not only effectively marketing to my database, but we've also got sixteen team members and we're incorporating their database. We're making sure that they're getting the leads from their database and that's getting segmented properly. 10x ROI would be great. I honestly think it has the potential to be way more than that.
