Welcome New Client Angel Garcia



John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Angel: I heard about you from Mike Ferry Coaching a long time ago, and I've been following you ever since.

John: What motivated you to give us a call? 

Angel: I watched a bunch of things with Frank Klesitz. I saw that he was Masterminding with a bunch of other people, so I felt confident that he knew what he was doing to get people started.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business right now. What are your goals going forward? 

Angel: Right now, I'm not getting too much business from my past clients, or my sphere. Most of my business is coming from expireds, FSBOs, and cold calls. Mike Ferry also teaches us to reach out to past clients, but that's the one thing that I'm lacking. I'm hoping that with Vyral Marketing, I'll be able to get that missing layer.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database right now? 

Angel: Right now, I don't have an idea of what I have in my database. I have about 1,000 people, but it's not organized in any way.

John: Are you doing anything to market to that database now? 

Angel: I'm trying to. Every now and then, I send an email or two. I call them whenever I can. Past clients are the only people that I really contact, but I wish I could say I was doing more.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Angel: There's a lot of things that you guys do that I would not be able to make the time to do. You already have the systems in place, so I wouldn't even try to get this done on my own. I'm pretty tech-savvy, but I know that you guys already have everything down.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success look like to you? 

Angel: I know, for a fact, that if I contact my past clients and my database, I will get more business. Last year, I did 59 transactions. I'm guessing that I will at least get eight deals out of it.
