Welcome New Client Sidney Kutchuk



John: So Sidney, how did you hear about Vyral Marketing? 

Sidney: Just came across the Google Hangouts. I liked listening to Frank. I've picked up a few very good tips through those interviews. 

John: Great. Was it just listening to those Hangouts that motivated you to give us a call? 

Sidney: Yes. 

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward? 

Sidney: I want to step back from being involved in listings and sales by cultivating good leads for my agents. I think stepping back will help the office get to the next level. I want to be working smarter, not harder, through video and the Internet, and expand the business. 

John: Do you know how many people are currently in your database? 

Sidney: I'm going to guess I've got about 3,000 good people in my database. I've got more people, but I want to cull it down to the good leads. 

John: Are you doing anything to market to them now? 

Sidney: No. 

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself? 

Sidney: About two weeks ago, on one of Frank's Hangouts, I was listening about how he helped someone go back through their database via email. I thought that's great. I've got so many emails with lots of good people that I've been ignoring. So that did it for me. I want to go back to my emails and get these people that I've worked with for the last 15 years who I've been ignoring to bubble back up. I want to introduce them to my son now, who's in the business, and my daughter, and hopefully get more business rolling. 

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you? 

Sidney: To me, success looks like going back to people I've already done business with. I've helped a lot of people get into homes, and I know that some of them are going to be ready to buy. Going back to them is going to be easier than cold calls, so I want to rekindle those relationships and get more business.
