Welcome New Client Leigh Louzon

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Leigh: Rich Lohman referred me to you.

John: Okay. Was it just his recommendation that motivated you to give us a call?

Leigh: Yes. He's a business coach, and we sat down and watched a bunch of your videos. He was really excited about it, and we decided it was something we were both going to do.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Leigh: I'm currently busy, but I would like to be busier. Last year I sold about 8 million in real estate, and this year I'd like to sell at least 10. I want to still be able to provide personal customer service to my clients, but I'd like to increase the dollar amount of my listings.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

Leigh: I don't know a number.

John: That's fine. Are you doing anything to market to them currently?

Leigh: I send out a monthly newsletter through ExactContact.com, but a ghostwriter writes it and sends it out on my behalf. It's not personalized.

John: Does that work okay for you? Does it bring you business?

Leigh: No. It doesn't work at all. I think I've had two people over the last three years or so say they enjoy getting it, but it's never brought me any business. That's why I need to try a different avenue.

John: Why hire us? Why not try do make videos and do email marketing on your own?

Leigh: I won't do it, I know that much. If I have to sit down and force myself to come up with the content, write it, and record it, I just won't do it. Everybody's good at something. You're not always good at everything. It's not anything that I have any desire to do, unless I hire you and you make me do it.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

Leigh: Increasing exposure, as well as doing something different that nobody in my market area is really doing. I would anticipate being seen as cutting-edge. I want to provide help and clarity to people on certain things that they don't want to ask questions about. I want to be a point of contact for them, and hopefully gain more business from that.
