Welcome New Client Steve Dunleavey

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Steve: I heard about you through Real Geeks. I saw Frank on Real Geeks, and became a regular viewer. As I started working with a coach, they said, "Hey, you've got to do this." So here I am.

John: Great. So, was your coach's recommendation what motivated you to give us a call?

Steve: My coach is what spurred me to do it, but I've always been impressed with Frank on the Real Geeks Hangout. I thought he always had good information, so I wanted to give it a shot.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Steve: Right now, we're a relatively small team. We've got four full-time people, and one part-time person. We want to maximize everybody on the team right now in terms of volume. Eventually we'd like to add a couple more agents, and just continue to grow the team.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database?

Steve: My regular sphere is only about 100 people. Those are people that I regularly touch base with. If you go into all the other databases, we probably have 1,500 to 2,000.

John: Are you doing anything to market to them currently?

Steve: I market to my sphere, but it's pretty informal. Like I drop by, or I'll send little gifts and handwritten letters. I've had pretty good success with that, but I think this will enhance it.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Steve: I don't have the expertise. I don't have the time. I want it to be done right and look professional. The whole package is just a no-brainer for me. You guys have been doing this for a long time, and you've perfected. I'd much rather hire the experts than try to figure this out on my own.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

Steve: Success for this program would be adding 20 or 30 more transactions a year out of my sphere. I want to have a regular touch, and I want to be top of mind with everybody. There have been times when I see that somebody sold their house, and they didn't even give me a shot because I haven't called them in two years. I think staying top of mind with all these people will increase my visibility, as well as my ability to get in front of them and do a presentation. That's what I'm asking for.
