Welcome New Clients Kevin & Amy Smits

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Kevin: We were past clients. Talking with a lot of top producing agents in the country, one common theme that we found was that they are all using Vyral. We decided to sign up again.

John: Was it just talking to our clients what motivated you to get back in touch with us?

Kevin: Yeah, there were a couple things. You guys reaching out to our clients for an audio testimonial was definitely one of the things that pushed us. We know that video is the way to go, and so it's just one more step to get back into it.

John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?

Kevin: We're always looking to grow. We're trying to get more listings because of the way the market sits right now. We're doing fine with buyers, but we really needed something to reach out to sellers and to past clients. We haven't done a good job of keeping in contact with them.

John: Do you know how many people are in your database currently?

Kevin: Probably 3,000 right now.

John: And how many of those people do you truly know?

Kevin: 1,200.

John: Are you doing anything to market to these people on a consistent basis?

Kevin: We do. We have a number of drip campaigns set up.

John: You're just looking to take things to the next level?

Kevin: It's more the consistency. We're not super consistent with video. Giving information to help our people make buying or selling decisions is what we lack.

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Kevin: Time, effort, and learning something new. There's only so many hours in a day, and you can't be an expert in everything. We'd rather be an expert in the things that will make us money.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?

Kevin: We're looking for more of those people that say, "I see you, I see you, I see you. Come list me. I want to buy with you." There's just that depth of knowledge that we can share via video.

Amy: I think it's also about staying in front of our past clients in a way that feels intentional. We don't want to call a few years later, hoping they remember us, because we're looking for them. Instead, we're looking to continue to build the friendship that we create by staying in front of them once or twice a month.
