Welcome New Client Robert Dekanski
John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?
Robert: I saw Frank at a bunch of Masterminds with Matt Wagner and RATE.
John: What motivated you to get in touch with us?
Robert: I've heard about you guys for a couple years. It was really the clients's experience. There were a bunch of clients raving about you guys. I'm overdue to call you guys.
John: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?
Robert: I've got a 30 man team. We should knock out about 450 sales this year. It's pretty much all new business, so I've never had any systems in place to tap into past clients or my sphere.
John: Do you know how many people would be in your database now?
Robert: I want to hit a couple databases. I want to do the buyer pitch to our BoomTown database, which has about 2,500 people in them. As far as the mets, I have a few hundred right now, and I could probably add about 80 a month based on my appointments. I just haven't been keeping track. I've never really sourced it.
John: How many people would be in your direct sphere of influence?
Robert: I don't know. I'd guess about 1,000.
John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?
Robert: I would never do it. There's no question. It took me a year just to call you guys. So I'd never do it.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Robert: I just want to squeeze a few extra deals out of the people that I lost communication with. It doesn't have to be anything monumental, just a nice little compliment.
