How Realtor Pamala Spivey Achieved Positive ROI In Only 45 Days With Her Database





"We never thought we could do a video in less than 30 minutes. It took us an hour to do a test video ourselves. Chris said we could do it in 30 minutes. He told us to trust the system, and he's made amazing videos for us. Even this last one, the email campaign - I wanted to send a video, but he said we're going to do this campaign. Trust the system. John: What results have you seen so far on the Vyral Marketing program? 

Pamala: We've been seeing results from each video. We had three videos out and two campaign emails. Video one, we got one listing that's pending now. Video two, we received two buyer leads, and one buyer is pending now. The email campaign got us a listing lead, and on video three we received a listing referral and a buyer lead from a past client. We just had a campaign email go out this morning, and we've already received two listing leads.

John: It sounds like everything's still kind of pending, but in regards to ROI, you're already seeing that ROI come into play, correct? 

Pamala & Terri: Correct, yes.

John: Any specific stories about any of those leads that you can dive a bit deeper into? 

Pamala: The listing lead that I received yesterday was from someone who sold a home with us in 2003. He referred someone to us to list their home. Everyone that we're getting leads from are back from 2003 or 2005. That's very interesting to us, that this is digging that deep back.

John: Have you been doing anything to stay in touch with these people on a regular basis before using us?

Pamala: We were, but not consistently.

Terri: Our database got holiday cards and sporadic newsletters, but nothing consistent like Vyral.

John: When you were sending those out, did you get any results like this? 

Pamala: No.

Terri: Nothing.

John: Why hire Vyral to begin with? 

Pamala: Originally, we hired Vyral so we could have a consistent way to communicate with our database, get some social media presence, and at least one deal per month. We had no idea that these results would come about. We're like 45 days into the process!

John: Was there ever any thought to doing video email marketing yourselves? 

Pamala: No.

Terri: Yes.

Pamala: No, no! We wanted to do it, but there's no way we could do it at this level. I did videos five or six years ago, but not at this level.

John: Did you have any fears before you signed up with us? 

Pamala: The cost.

John: But so far so good on that, right? 

Pamala & Terri: Yes.

Pamala: Chris, our coach, has done amazing things with us. We never thought we could do a video in less than 30 minutes. It took us an hour to do a test video ourselves. John: What do you like most about working with Vyral? 

Pamala: Chris is just amazing. What you guys do behind the scene is amazing. We don't have to do anything other than the 15 minute video, and then we have an amazing product.

John: What would you say to somebody on the fence about hiring us? 

Pamala: Jump over the fence. To stay on the fence would be a very bad decision. Based on the information I just shared, you can see what the possibilities are when you utilize the Vyral system!

John: What tips would you offer somebody to be successful using our program?  

Pamala: Make sure that when you get the open and click report back that you are calling everyone on that list. Reconnect and get that contact going again. That's very important. You can't just get that list and expect someone to call you. We're lucky that we've got people calling us, but we're not taking that for granted. We're actually making the calls.
