Welcome New Client Nate Randleman

Allison: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? What motivated you to call us?

Nate: It was Pat Hiban's podcast. I listened to the whole 35 minutes with Frank, and that's what prompted me to call.

Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your business goals for 2015?

Nate: I've got a fairly predictable business with 40-45 transactions a year. 75% of my business comes from my sphere. I don't do anything for them regularly, so my goal for 2015 is to create a very specific, well-planned system of how to keep in touch with my database. The whole concept is so simple, but I've never heard it explained the way Frank did on that podcast. It was just the biggest no-brainer I've ever seen.

Allison: Why did you hire us? Why not try this yourself?

Nate: Well, there's no chance that I would do this myself. I have Bombbomb, and when I compare the quality of the Vyral videos to Bombbomb videos, it's very obvious that one video is created better than the other. So if it's just on me to build my list, do the videos, and edit my videos every two weeks, it's not going to happen. The lack of consistency is guaranteed if I tried to do it myself. There was no thought in my mind about doing this on my own.

Allison: What results do you expect? What does success working with us look like to you?

Nate: Success would look like I'm sending out valuable, non-salesman videos to my database. Over time, these Vyral videos would make me an authority on real estate. I want everyone on my list to look at me as a knowledgeable guy in the business, and their loyalty to me would be pretty strong. I feel like I know Frank, because I've watched so many videos with him. He doesn't know that I exist. Video is just such a different connection. The goal with Vyral is to bring something valuable to all of my people. That's why it was a no-brainer. It requires the same amount of work to create a video whether it goes out to ten people or ten thousand people. I love that, because as my business grows, this doesn't have to change.

Allison: Is there anyone specifically who we should thank for your business?

Nate: The biggest agent in all of Phoenix is Brett Tanner. I saw that he was a client of yours. The moment I saw that, I decided to do it. I saw the value before that, but he was the deciding factor.
