Welcome New Client Rafael Almazan
Allison: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing? What motivated you to call us?
Rafael: The Pat Hiban podcast got me to your website. I normally do 25 to 30 transactions a year. I was a mortgage broker for 15 years. I realized that I had a lot of referral business, but I wasn't doing enough consistent follow up. I want to stay in front of them so that I can get more referrals, and I like the approach of education-based marketing.
Allison: What are your business goals for 2015?
Rafael: At this point, I would like to finish out the year with at least 15 more transactions. 50 total transactions for the year is doable.
Allison: Are you doing anything right now to market to your database? If so, what's working well and what's not working well?
Rafael: I pick up the phone every now and then. Most of my business is actually coming to me from past clients.
Allison: What results do you expect? What does success working with us look like to you?
Rafael: Success with the Vyral Marketing program would be a minimum of 100 transactions a year.
Allison: Is there anyone besides Pat Hiban who we should thank for your business?
Rafael: Pat Hiban is really the one who motivated me to contact you guys.
