How Real Estate Agent Leigh Marcus Generates 1 New Client a Month Directly From Video Marketing

John: How long have you been a client with us, Leigh?
Leigh: Eight months.
John: What results have you seen so far using the Vyral marketing program?
Leigh: It's definitely cementing awareness with people. I'm a lot more familiar with my database. I can definitely attribute about a listing a month to Vyral. There's been a few, maybe four, who've gotten an email and called me to list a home. I had no other contact with them other than the email.
John: Any specific stories?
Leigh: There was a FSBO that I had reached out to, and got his email address. He wasn't moving right then. Within two months, some things changed in their lives. Right after they got my Vyral email, he called me because they needed to move sooner, so I got that listing.
John: In terms of return on investment, how are you measuring that?
Leigh: 50% of my business is PCCOI. So anything I can do to nurture that is a no-brainer. On the home that I just mentioned, it will be about $16,500, and I spend about $6,000 on Vyral for the year. So that one home more than paid for the Vyral program. Everything else is gravy.
John: Why did you hire us to begin with?
Leigh: I prospect on a regular basis, and I get a lot of emails from people, and I didn't have anything to do with those emails. Vyral filled a specific need, which was great.
John: Any thoughts of trying to do this yourself?
Leigh: I heard about the concept because of you, so no, I never considered doing this on my own. I wouldn't do it on my own. It's too easy the way you have it set up, and it's all very professional. There are 1,300 agents in my company. I won the award for best social media, and I don't really even do social media. I use Vyral!
John: Did you have any fears before signing up with us?
Leigh: Yes, my fear was that my content was not going to be good enough. You think you can do this, but when you actually go to do it, you don't know if you can until you've done it. So far, it's been fantastic. I'm getting 150 views per video, and that's on the YouTube channel. Plus we're getting 2,000 opens.
John: What would you say you like most about working with us?
Leigh: How easy it is. I don't want to spend more than ten minutes on this, and I don't have to. I just shoot it, and I send it to you. You even provide the content. What is easier than that?
John: What would you say to somebody who's on the fence about hiring us?
Leigh: This is easier than email. I can't write, but I can talk. You really just have to record. I think a lot of agents will like that, and then Vyral takes care of the writing.
John: What tips would you offer someone to be successful on the Vyral Marketing program?
Leigh: Keep it short, and watch other people's videos, see what they do, and be authentic. Being authentic is important because these are things you talk about as an agent on a daily basis. Just start there.
