Welcome New Client Carson Lowry
John: How did you hear about us?
Carson: Through NAEA originally.
John: What motivated you to get in touch with us?
Carson: I did video several years ago on my website, so I get the idea. I wanted to do something through social media. I talked to some people who had some nice things to say about you guys.
John: Summarize where you are at with your business. What are your goals moving forward?
Carson: Building a team, basically. The last three years I have done $10 million, $15 million, and I guess this year we will be around $20 million. My wife and I do a majority of the selling along with some other guys who have been in the business a long time. We also brought in another person to help with inside sales so we can get to everybody. I'm having a problem with follow-up right now.
John: How many people are in your database?
Carson: I haven't been great about growing it, aside from when I close a sale. There are like 2,600 in there or so, but I'd definitely like to get that number up.
John: Of those 2,600, how many do you truly know?
Carson: I would say a good portion. These are people, whether they are past clients or from social media, I know them. Probably 600 or 700 are from lead generation, and the rest I know. Probably 1,500 to 2,000.
John: Were you doing anything to consistently market to this database before?
Carson: I was having problems with market snapshot and felt like its becoming a problem getting those delivered. I was sending them to my past clients 2x a month.
John: You mentioned you were doing videos before. Why hire us? Why not keep doing it yourself?
Carson: I understand the time and all that that goes into the process. The value is worth it to me. Trying to put everything together just doesn't make sense for me to do. The coaching will help, too.
John: What results are you expecting? What does success working with us look like to you?
Carson: I think I've already picked up a few listings on the first video, and on the back burner there are probably 2 or 3 more. It has already been paying off.
John: Anybody we should personally thank for your business?
