Welcome New Client Danny Gomes
Allison: How did you hear about us?
Danny: I follow Frank Del Rio and I've been getting his emails and thought, "Wow, those are pretty cool."
Allison: What motivated you to call us, and hire us?
Danny: I understand the concept of trying to build client relationships and I want to deepen those relationships with the people in my database. I want people to refer me when it comes to real estate, and if I have anywhere from 30-50 people referring me a deal, I can take this anywhere and don't have to worry about buying internet leads.
Allison: Summarize where you are at with your business right now. What are your business goals for the remainder of 2015?
Danny: We are on track to do about $30 million, 85-90 transactions. I have myself, an assistant, an ISA, and 3 agents. I am a Vet and am currently in the Air Guard, so I want to work with more Vets. We also do a lot of buying and flipping properties. We are also in the middle of buying a franchise, so we might end up opening our own office in the next few months.
Allison: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now? What is/isn't working well?
Danny: Every month, I take my top 50 favorite people, past clients and mail to them monthly. I also do postcards monthly. I also send out a "letter to the heart" talking about whatever is on my mind. This also goes out monthly. I also do a happy hour monthly with my top 50.
Allison: Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Danny: I don't have the time to do this by myself, I'm no marketing guru. I want someone who already knows and understand it.
