Allison: How did you hear about us?

Jennifer: I did some internet research after seeing emails come in from different clients that were branded from Vyral Marketing. I looked it up, did some research, and found out it would be a good fit for me.

Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals for 2015?

Jennifer: Right now we are moving on at a pretty steady pace, but I'm looking to jump start it. My business goals are to improve my marketing, my pipeline, database, and referrals so my business can continue to grow organically. I want a sustainable growth strategy.

Allison: What are you doing right now to market to your database? What’s working well and what's not working well?

Jennifer: I don't actually market very well to my database, which is one of the reasons I reached out to you guys. All my referral business is by word of mouth, so I think there are plenty of opportunities for me to capture more and more business, I just need to communicate with my clients better.

Allison: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Jennifer: Well, I could do some of this myself, but I think having you do the marketing that you know best will offer me the best return on investment. If I did this myself, I'd have to take a whole lot more valuable time away from my clients.

Allison: What does success look like to you? What kind of ROI are you looking for from Vyral Marketing?

Jennifer: Success comes in many different packages. I think financial success comes in a significant ROI but also being able to choose the clients we work with. I think success looks like a lot of different things and I'm looking to capitalize on all of those.
