Welcome New Client Kevin Wood
Allison: How did you hear about us and what motivated you to call us?
Kevin: My brother-in-law, Kurt Duffeck, is using your service and referred me to you. He says its helped him a whole bunch.
Allison: Summarize where you are at with your business. What are your business goals for this year?
Kevin: Over the last few years, I've done about 5 to 6 million in gross sales, and about $180,000 in GCI. I just added my first full-time buyer's agent three weeks ago. My goal is doing 12.5 million in 2016.
Allison: How many people are in your database right now?
Kevin: With my sphere, I have about 400. But if I add Facebook, LinkedIn, and all other emails, I'd probably have over 1000.
Allison: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now? If you are, what's working well/what's not working well?
Kevin: I do snail mail and I do phone calls. I do monthly postcards and letters from the heart every quarter. I'm really missing out on business based on what I'm doing currently. My method of reaching people is the phone and most people aren't answering the phone anymore. it's not as effective as it used to be.
Allison: Why hire us? Why not try to do this on your own?
Kevin: This is something I was going to do on my own, but after talking to my brother-in-law about how time consuming it was to do videos, I realized I don’t want to be spending 6 hours a week working on video. I want to give everything I have into this and see what kind of results I get.
Allison: My last question, What results do you expect with Vyral? What does success look like to you?
Kevin: The bare minimum that I expect is what I was told on the phone, 10x ROI. That's $60,000 or about 10 transactions. That's my benchmark, yet down in my heart I am expecting much better results. I'm really good at follow up and if I add this to what I'm already doing, I'll probably get 15 or 20x the investment.
