Welcome New Clients Karen and Joe Donovan
Allison: How did you hear about us? What motivated you to call us?
Karen: We heard about you through Jeff Manson. He did a Google Hangout with Frank. We are Real Geeks members, and we enjoyed the videos Frank did with Jeff. About a month ago, Frank sent us a letter about some of the brokers you all have helped. We were very impressed.
Allison: Summarize where you're at with your business right now. What are your business goals for the remainder of the year?
Karen: One of our goals was to have ten productive agents working in each company, and that each of those ten agents would close ten deals. We did probably 50 in each company. We're probably a little bit behind where we want to be because our recruiting efforts was not as effective.
Allison: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now? If so, what's working well and what's not working well?
Karen: We used Craigslist for recruiting, and a sporadic email through Bombbomb. I have a list of 250 agents in each state that I've targeted, but that's the extent of that. For listings, we send out a monthly newsletter to about 1,500 people to our sphere of influence. Along with that, every other month we send some kind of video email through Bombbomb, and we also have Market Snapshot.
Allison: Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Joe: I want somebody to cover this. If I did it myself, it wouldn't get done.
Karen: Accountability.
Allison: Is there anyone other than Jeff Manson we should thank for your business?
Karen: I would say Frank. Frank is awesome. Joe wanted to do this a year ago, and now here we are!
