Welcome New Client Steven Rosado
Steven Rosado, a Realtor® with Keller Williams in Hoboken, New Jersey, has over 15 years of sales, marketing and service industry experience. His level of business has steadily increased as his service has progressively gotten better each year. His business philosophy is one that has allowed him to help his clients by providing him with relevant information as well as effective plans of actions when needed. Paul: How did you hear about us?
Steven: Brett Sikora let me know he was starting with you guys, and my team leader started right after that.
Paul: What motivated you to call us?
Steven: I think the videos look great and it's been something I've been on the fence about doing. My coach is a little old-school and doesn't believe in social media too much, but I think it's important to do it and look professional doing it. I didn't want to spend too much time on it either, time is money for me. I figure if I'm able to produce a professional looking product in short amount of time and have that be income-producing, that's a win.
Paul: Absolutely. Can you summarize where you're at with your business right now?
Steven: The type of business I have is mostly repeat and referral. I do prospecting every morning, and find new business that way. Last year I did 24 transactions for just over $10 million and the goal is to double that this year.
Paul: Do you have any other goals for your business?
Steven: That's pretty much it. Just better systems and processes would be an additional thing. I think this would be one of those.
Paul: Do you know how many people are in your database?
Steven: I should have something close to about 2,500 to 3,000.
Paul: How many of those people do you actually know?
Steven: Probably about 200 of them.
Paul: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now?
Steven: Not really. Just phone calls.
Paul: Why did you hire us?
Steven: I know that my reach should be much deeper than what it is and my touch rate is lower than what it should be. I want to expand my reach and increase the number of touches per year.
Paul : Why not do this yourself?
Steven: Because I suck at it.
Paul: What results do you expect?
Steven: If I was able to do an additional 5-7 passive sales this year from the Vyral system, I would consider that a win.
Paul: What does success look like to you?
Steven: Hitting platinum, which is $20 million in sales, and having a GCI of $315,000.
