New Client Welcome Fred & Tami Holmes
Tami began her real estate career as an investor. She located undervalued properties, beautified them and passed them on to delighted new owners. She now uses that knowledge to help others sell their homes in the least amount of time and for top dollar. Tami’s in-depth knowledge of local markets and real estate practices have established her as an expert in her field. Tami and Fred, her husband of over 35 years, have worked together throughout their married life and continue to do so. This partnership brings their various business strengths and talents to bear for her many happy clients. Fred presently serves as the organization’s Chief Operations Officer. Paul: How did you hear about us?
Fred: I met Frank at a mastermind about 3 years ago.
Paul: What motivated you to call us?
Fred: We heard about a successful Facebook recruiting campaign.
Paul: Summarize where you're at with your business.
Fred: At this point, we are a team of about 18 people. Last year, we did around 236 deals and a little over $50 million in actual production.
Paul: What are your business goals right now?
Fred: Our production goals are 500 deals, around $75 million. We'd like to add about 5 more people to the team on the buyer's agent side, and maybe one or two more ISA's or admin. At the same time, we want to pull Tanya out of production and take more of a leadership role over a production role.
Paul: How many people are in your database right now?
Fred: A little over 16,000 in our Commissions Inc. We have hundreds of past clients, too, which is where we'll be concentrating.
Paul: How many of those people do you actually know?
Fred: Probably around 1,000.
Paul: Are you doing anything to market to your database right now?
Fred: Just an anniversary card.
Paul: Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Fred: WE tried to do it ourselves, and couldn't get it done.
Paul: What specific results do you expect?
Fred: We hope for better branding through re-targeting, and better recruiting from our database. I don't know what to expect as far as ROI or any numbers.
