New Client Welcome Thai Nguyen

Thai Nguyen is a Realtor® in Kent, Washington who is going into her 10th year of real estate! A mom of two, she did 24 transactions after rebuilding her business in 2014 and is on the path to doing 70 transactions this year! She not only specializes in buying and listing, but also short sales and foreclosures. You can learn more about Thai here!

Elizabeth: How did you hear about us and what motivated you to call us?

Thai: I've been watching Frank's YouTube videos for a while now, and I totally get that video is the future of real estate and providing educational videos showing that you're the expert is the future of building relationships. I have been wanting to do this for a while, and I think this is the way to go.

Elizabeth: Perfect. Summarize where you're at with your business. What are your goals?

Thai: I'm in my 9th, going into 10th year. I have 2 kids and have been in and out of real estate for the past 7 years. I got so frustrated with real estate, I left and went to work for Bank of America and hated it. I wanted to throw up every time I went to the bank to work. It was so frustrating being controlled by someone with a capped salary. So I left, and I knew real estate was what I wanted to do. I came back and decided that I am all in now and forever. In 2014, I came back and I rebuilt my business. In my first year back I did 24 transactions. This year we are shooting to do 70 transactions.

Elizabeth. That's a great goal. How many people are in your database right now? Of those people, how many do you think you truly know?

Thai: I have about 300 in my database, and I know about 120 of them.

Elizabeth: What are you doing to market to your database right now? Is it working?

Thai: The only thing I am doing is a monthly newsletter that goes out, and I'm continuing to add email addresses and phone numbers to that. I'm trying to build that to 1000. We also do a client appreciation party, which is a pumpkin patch party in October. I also blog about selling houses on Facebook, and I also do Zillow leads online.

Elizabeth: Why did you decide to hire us? Why not do this yourself?

Thai: I don't know how to operate a camera. I've seen people try to do this on their own and it's so bad. When I watch Frank's videos and some of your clients' videos, it looks professional, they know what they're talking about, and he's working with so many agents who have grown their businesses substantially. Getting a lot of views on my videos will help me do the same thing.

Elizabeth: What results do you expect and what does success look like to you in the Vyral program?

Thai: I want my clients to be able to watch the video and see that I'm the expert. I want to explain something a majority of people ask me all the time in one video, and send them there so I don't have to explain it 1,000 times. I feel like I'm explaining the same thing over and over again, and it would be great to have a place where they can go and watch. I considered other companies, but I think what Frank has is awesome.

Elizabeth: What is your personality type? How do you like to be communicated with?

Thai: For me, I love a phone call because I can hear the voice, the communication, the connection. I'm more of a people person.

Elizabeth. Who should we be thanking for your business?

Thai: I've followed Frank on YouTube and I've watched Real Geeks Google Hangouts before. I started following some of the agents on there. I thought "Oh my God, these people know what they are doing. They are my idols." There's never been a woman on there, I always see men on there doing 500, 1,000 transactions. I want to be the next woman on there doing 100-200 transactions.
