His dream of becoming a successful businessman began during his teenage years in Central Europe as he ventured into various import/export businesses. From bicycles to automotives, and then in his early 20s to creating a successful trucking company in the United States, Art finally found his true calling in real estate when he began owning and managing rental properties. Art: For this year, close $1 million in commission.

Art: I try not to reinvent the wheel, I just wanted to do what Clayton has been successful at doing.
