New Client Welcome Eric Jurmo
Realtor Eric Jurmo served as a Detroit firefighter, where he spent many years saving homes and lives. Injured in the line of duty, he had to find a new profession. What he found was a new passion: real estate. That was ten years ago and Eric has never looked back. He’s sold over 100 homes a year for the last five years, putting him among the top 5% of realtors in Michigan. He’s recognized by Hour Magazine as one of the top agents in Metro-Detroit. Reece: How did you hear about us?
Eric: I’ve seen other agents in the area using your service
Reece: What motivated you to call us?
Eric: I want to capitalize on my database
Reece: What are your business goals? Where are you at with your business currently?
Eric: My goal is to do $40 million in sales and 300 transactions. Pending and sold, we are already at $7 million.
Reece: How many people are currently in your database?
Eric: Around 1600
Reece: Out of those, how many people do you truly know?
Eric: Probably about 400
Reece: What are you doing to market with them now?
Eric: I do a newsletter and a 33-touch campaign between drip emails, the newsletter, and phone calls.
Reece: What’s working well? Not working well?
Eric: I just started doing this last year, but it’s definitely been helping.
Reece: Is there anything not working well for you?
Eric: To increase my conversion on my database and to add people.
Reece: Why not do this yourself?
Eric: Because video is considered the future at this point. More people are apt to click on a video and watch it then read an email.
Reece: What results do you expect?
Eric: I can’t say. I am hoping to increase my conversion ot get a lot more leads out of it.
Reece: What does success look like to you?
Eric: Reaching my goal of $40 million or more
