How Jeff Cohn Sold 15 Homes from Simple Facebook Ads



Vyral Client Jeff Cohn is on track to sell 700 homes in Omaha, NE this year. I interviewed him about what specifically he's doing on Facebook to generate leads.

He's running "Search for Homes" ads, which have generated 2,846 website registrations over 6 months.

He spends about $2500 a month on Facebook ads, effectively paying just over $5 a lead.

In only 6 months he has CLOSED 15 deals directly from his Facebook ads effectively spending just over $1,000 per sale.

That's worth it to him since his average commission is about $6,000.

He says there are many more leads in his system generated from Facebook that will close in the coming months, if not years, as they mature.
