Re: Summer 2016 Real Estate Mastermind 

Clients,

I write you from the beautiful Coeur d’Alene Resort where we just wrapped up our latest Elite Real Estate Agent Mastermind.


Three times a year, we bring together 25 of the top real estate agents in exclusive markets to share their best strategies.

Here’s how the day went:

  • I shared the best performing Facebook ad to remarket your website visitors in the morning 
  • We learned a recruiting funnel that generated 128 full applications to be a real estate agent 
  • We got our hands on the lead conversion plan for an agent who sold 800 homes in a year 
  • We learned how an agent is charging $1300 upfront and 7-10% commissions consistently 
  • We watched example training videos to effectively onboard new real estate hires quickly 
  • We learned how one agent pays a prospector $500 a week to set 8 weekly listing appointments 
  • And much, much more….

The topics we will likely cover at future events will be:

  • Adding property management income to your business 
  • How to flip 50 homes a year as a side business 
  • Owning complimentary businesses for multiple income streams (mortgage, title, etc) 
  • Mega agent expansion into new markets around the country 
  • Systems necessary to completely exit day-to-day operations 
  • Structuring RESPA compliant service agreements to offset marketing expenses

At the start of the day, I wrote down everyone’s 3-5 year goal on the top of poster paper along with their #1 challenge they must solve now to achieve this goal.

At the end of the day, we each identified the first 3 action steps to solve that problem.

We then matched up everyone in the room with someone who had solved those problems so there would be plenty of effective one-on-one networking at our brunch today.

Everyone received a “hot-set” in a small group of 6 people to receive direct and honest feedback to solve their most pressing business problems, too.
