"Frank, what's the #1 way I can get more of a response from my videos, emails, and social media updates? I've been doing this for a while, and I think things are getting stale - how can we spice it up?
Without question, the way to get the best response is to consistently send out educational messages your audience actually want.
In fact, if you were to stop sending out your great messages, would your audience call and complain that they have not received them?
If you're in real estate, here's what people WANT:
1.) Recent home sale prices in their local neighborhood or county
2.) Negotiation tips to get the best price on a home
3.) Local real estate market updates on where the market is headed
4.) Local community information about upcoming events
5.) Timely commentary on current events (local politics)
6.) Answers to frequently asked questions on buying or selling
7.) Featured properties for sale that truly are remarkable
While we provide you with pre-written topic ideas on your monthly calls, it's your topics that are timely (up-to-date), local, and personalized that consistently get the best response.
On your call, we'll first ask you "So what's on your customers' minds this month? What questions are you getting? What would your customers love to know right now at this time? What's going on in your community right now that your customers want to know about? What's a common objection you're getting from prospects?"
This way we can 'talk through' custom, local, and timely content ideas for your videos that only you know the answers to.
Now that's a message your customers can't get anywhere else - and it delivers your highest response!

But that's only part of the picture.
The next step is to make sure you're adding new people to your database every day. Here at Vyral Marketing, we recommend you add 3 people a day (or 15 a week) to your database who give you permission to stay in touch by email.
These can be prospects, friends, family, customers, past clients - anyone you know who may refer or do business with you again in the future.

It can just as easily be FREE CONSULTATION or BUY NOW call to actions if you're in another profession.
We track who clicks these links as well, even if they don't register or 'opt-in' on your website.
For example, we sent Vyral Client Michael Kaim 6 seller leads from people in his database who clicked to request their free home value report in his last email blast.

Armed with this information, it's a great reason to call and ask for a referral or when they are looking to make a decision.
