INTERVIEW: How to Create a "Saleable" Real Estate Business with Your Database w/ Jay Kinder

Frank Klesitz today interviewed Jay Kinder, a brilliant real estate agent, marketer, and businessman on how to build a "saleable" real estate business so you can exit it. He now lives in Frisco, TX and owns a real estate brokerage in Lawton, OK doing over 300 deals a year (40-50% from his database) which he is NOT actively involved in. We discuss how to hire someone in charge of assessing your Net Promoter Score at the end of your transactions (to make sure your team is delivering service worth referring), how to stay in touch with your database along with what steps you need to take immediately after the sale to ensure referrals (3 step calling sequence from your customer experience manager), and why you need to hire someone to call your database asking for referrals on behalf of your agents (and why Jay says your agents will never call their database proactively for referrals). Excellent insight if you're building a real estate business to exit or sell someday right from someone who has done it for himself. Jay is CLEARLY passionate about growing and building a real estate business that runs itself without the founder being there. Thanks for the great interview Jay -- and look forward to attending your upcoming event!
