Welcome New Client Alex Caragiannides

John: How did you hear about us?

Alex: I heard of you through a referral from Hal Elrod. 

John: What motivated you to call us? Was it that referral?

Alex: Well, that referral motivated me to do some research, which allowed me to get a better understanding of your services. From there, I felt that it was worth it for me to reach out because there is a synergy between how I want to go after business and what you guys are offering with video marketing.
John: Summarize where you are at with your business. Where do you want to be a year from now? 5 years from now?

Alex: I have been in the lending world for 13 years and I feel like the best years are ahead of me. I'm a producing branch manager for a company called Benchmark Mortage here in San Diego. My team and I do about $60 million per year in production. My goal next year is to break $75 million in loan production. I would like to serve and help 200 families, and also grow my relationship with the partners in our community. My 5 year goal is to have a 300 million a year branch with 3 physical offices.

John: How many people are in your database?

Alex: Over 4000

John: How many of those people do you truly know?

Alex:  At least 500.

John: What are you doing to market to that database right now?

Alex: I do a direct mail piece once a month and I also rotate that with a letter, giving a personal story from my life. I also do two videos a month of either a market update or a tip of the week. I call my whole database at least 4 times a year and call my Realtor database at least once a month. We also do about 4 events a month for our clients. 

John: What is working well? What is not?

Alex: I think it all plays a role. Everything I do has value. 

John: It sounds like you have been having good results by doing this on your own. Why hire us?

Alex: Because I want to take it to he next level. I want to be the best version of me and I believe there are people out there, like Vyral, who can do what I'm doing at a higher level. 

John: What does success in the Vyral program look like to you?

Alex: Success to me, with the Vyral program, looks like a 20x return on my money. But deeper than that, it's about me growing with your help. I want to take my business to the next level and make a name for myself in San Diego County, while improving other peoples' life. I need to get that message out.
