Welcome New Client Jose Luiz Morales

John: How did you hear about Vyral Marketing?

Jose: I have several friends using Vyral Marketing. I have been watching their video blogs and thought it would be valuable to provide my clients with something similar.

John: What motivated you to finally take the call from us?

Jose: As I looked through some of the changes I am going to make to my business in 2015,  I figured there are a lot of people in my database that I haven't been keeping in touch with as frequently as I should.  So I figured that Vyral was a great option for me.

John: Summarize your business, what are your goals over the next few years?

Jose: This year, I am on pace to do 40 transactions. Next year, the goal is 75 transactions, and the year after that the goal is 100 transactions.

John: How many people are in your database? How many of those people do you truly know?

Jose: I have 225 people that I'm currently keeping in touch with on a quarterly basis. These are people that know me, like me, and refer me. In my email list, I have about 1200 people. I'm only talking to about 200 of those people and leaving 1000 of them out.

John: Are you doing anything to market to your database as a whole?

Jose: No, not really. Just those quarterly calls

John: Why hire us? Why not try to do this yourself?

Jose: The time commitment. I tried to set up a video blog a year ago and it was just too much to set up the website, the campaigns, and everything else. Plus, I like the coaching aspect of Vyral and what you are doing there. It’s like a mastermind group where I can get ideas from what other agents are doing and implement them myself.

John: What results are you expecting? What does success in the Vyral program look like to you?

Jose: I would say that if I can get 10 deals for next year, I'd say that’s a pretty good ROI. I see that as something that is highly possible with Vyral.

John: Is there anybody that we need to thank for your business?

Jose: No, no one in particular, although I do keep up on Hal Sweasy, Jason Penrose, and Monica Diaz's blogs. I've been keeping tabs on some of the top producing agents and what they are doing differently.
